About the Exhibition & Kellee Wynne Conrad

Thrive at Jordan Faye Contemporary is delighted to present Kellee Wynne Conrad's solo exhibition, pentimento. Kellee Wynne Conrad is the first of our Thrive Artists to participate in our new Residency Program. Over the last 10 months we have had the pleasure of getting to know Kellee both personally and professionally -- it has been nurturing, insight- ful and a mutually beneficial experience for us both.

Kellee Wynne Conrad was brought up by a long line of artists in California, where she lived with art as a part of her daily life. Kellee worked for many years in the design industry; being published, creating trade product and running workshops, until one day she found herself with the overwhelm- ing desire to go back to her roots in fine art.

Now settled in Maryland with her husband and three boys, Kellee is a painter and current Thrive Resident Artist at Jordan Faye Contemporary in Baltimore, MD. Kellee has been awarded Signature Member of the International Society of Acrylic Painters. Her work includes acrylic painting and mixed media works on both canvas and paper. Kellee has been curating exhibitions in the mid-Atlantic region and was the exhibition coordinator for Maryland Federation of Art. Her work has been acquired by private and corporate collectors, both nationally and internationally as far as Europe and New Zealand. Kellee believes she is on a journey of a lifetime and art is her way of expressing these experiences.
